Week 1: Reset Your Mindset (Days 1–7)
The way you think shapes what you notice, what you expect, and how you show up. These practices are about planting new thoughts that support the kind of ease and self-trust you want to experience.
Daily Practices:
- Start the day with a Lucky Girl affirmation
- Use a “proof list” to track every small win, synchronicity, or positive moment
- Notice your language and gently replace negative self-talk with neutral or encouraging phrases
- Reflect each night: What supported me today? What shifted when I softened?
Weekly Focus:
Notice how your thoughts influence your body, your decisions, and your sense of possibility. You’re not forcing belief — you’re building it through repetition and awareness.
Week 2: Anchor It in the Body (Days 8–14)
The body is where lasting change lands. If your mind is on board but your nervous system is still in survival mode, you’ll stay in resistance. These practices help your body feel safe enough to relax into flow.
Daily Practices:
- Do a 3-minute somatic reset each morning: breath, movement, or grounding
- Tune into one body sensation without trying to change it — just notice
- Choose one moment each day to pause and breathe intentionally
- Reflect each night: Where did I feel tension? Where did I feel openness?
Weekly Focus:

Week 3: Align Your Energy & Intuition (Days 15–21)
This is the week to deepen into your own rhythm and learn to trust your internal signals. Your intuition doesn’t need to be dramatic — it becomes clearer the more you engage with it.
Daily Practices:
- Begin the day by asking: What energy do I want to carry today?
- Choose one decision to make intuitively (small or big)
- Clear your energy at the end of the day: water, breath, or intention
- Reflect: What felt aligned? What felt off? Did I respond or react?
Weekly Focus:
Alignment shows up in small ways — the quiet yes, the clear no, the deep exhale. You don’t need a perfect process. You just need space to listen and respond.
How to stay consistent?
- Keep it simple. This plan is designed to integrate with your life, not add pressure.
- Set a reminder or anchor one practice to something you already do (e.g. journaling after coffee).
- Track your shifts, not your perfection. Notice where you feel more open, more grounded, more aware.
- Invite grace. Some days will flow, others won’t. That doesn’t mean you’re off track — it means you’re human.
